This is Phase 1 of the Keto Reset Challenge where we will work on bringing our daily carb intake down to 150g or less a day. We will be working on converting our bodies from relying on sugar for energy to burning fat for fuel. Focus will be on eating healthier, getting better sleep, getting exercise and stress management. January 8th-14th: Prep WeekJanuary 15th-21st: Focus on FoodJanuary 22nd-28th: Focus on sleep, exercise and stress management and fine-tuning food.January 29th-February 4th: Focus on whether you are ready to move on to Phase 2* or if you need some additional time in Phase 1.Challenge costs include: shopping list, recipe ideas, 1 Week Meal Plan and a dedicated FaceBook group for questions and support.*Phase 2 will have a separate charge but there is no extra charge for staying in Phase 1 for the balance of February.
